2014 DSPT/GPI PoY To Receive 2015 Sponsorship Deal

The stakes have been raised on the DeepStacks Poker Tour…

DSPT logoThe DeepStacks Poker Tour (DSPT) announced that the details for its upcoming 2014 Player of the Year race. The player that accumulates the most GPI Points in the DSPT Player of the Year race will receive a 2015 Sponsorship Package that will include buy-ins to select DSPT preliminary and Main Events. The winner’s hotel and airfare will also be covered for select events.

The 2014 DeepStacks Poker Tour Player of the Year will also receive a custom DSPT/GPI Player of the Year Trophy as well as a custom DSPT/GPI Player of the Year poker table, provided by Off Tilt Poker Tables.

THE RACE IS ON

GPI logoThe DeepStacks Poker Tour and the Global Poker Index announced back in February that the unique GPI scoring formula would be used to determine the 2014 DSPT Player of the Year. The start of the 2014 DSPT is now a little over a week away! The season kicks off on March 22nd at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort in the Pacific Northwest.

Stops in Central California, Los Angeles, Calgary, Edmonton and Malta have also been announced, more events are expected to be announced shortly:
