GPI300: Kenney, Nitsche return to Top 10; MacPhee one step closer
EPT Malta results shake-up the rankings while the reigning WSOPE Main Event Champ is on the bubble …

Byron Kaverman (GPI#1, =) stands atop the GPI World Poker Rankings for a sixth consecutive week, adding points to his GPI totals following a successful run during the EPT Malta Festival. Kaverman earned points in three events, including the festival’s final 10K High Roller, where he bested 167 opponents en route to his fourth win of 2015.
Bryn Kenney (GPI#5, +7) and Dominik Nitsche (GPI#9, +4) re-enter the Top 10 this week while Mike McDonald (GPI#14, -5) and Mustapha Kanit (GPI#18, -12) drop out.
One player to keep an eye on is double-bracelet winner Kevin MacPhee (GPI#11 CB, +6), who stands one spot away from entering the GPI Top 10 for the very first time of his career. MacPhee followed up his Main Event victory at WSOP Europe with an 8th place finish in a 10K High Roller at EPT Malta.
