WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open 2013 Day 1a Chip Count

chips GPI The WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open 2013 has kicked off last night in Atlantic City, and the field already promises to compete with another event taking place at the same time: the Aussie Million.

Indeed, with top GPI players such as Shannon Shorr (recent GPI#12), Mohsin Charania (GPI#19), Will Failla (GPI#24), Chris Klodnicki (GPI#30) or Christian Harder (GPI#35), all still holding chips and coming back to day 2, this promises to be a very interesting event.

The chip leader is Luis Vasquez (GPI#11597) with over 182,000 in chips. Jason Koon (GPI#42), will be the man to follow in day 2 as he is currently in the top 5 with 130,000 in chips.
