6 Poker Websites You’ll Love Wasting Time On
Are you a poker enthusiast looking to pass some time at the office?
Are you new to the game and find yourself fascinated by the poker subculture?
Are you just in love with poker and can’t get enough of anything to do with the game?
If any of these sound like you than I have six websites you’ll absolutely love wasting time on.
F5 Poker
The good people who brought you PokerFuse.com are back with an offshoot of their popular poker news website, something called F5 Poker. If PokerFuse is the Fortune Magazine of Poker, F5 is more like People Magazine.
It has all the news the general public is interested in.
The Hendon Mob
If The Hendon Mob isn’t in your bookmarks you’re doing it wrong.
There is simply no better way to spend a couple of hours of your life than poring through the site’s rankings or looking at the tournament accomplishments of players from a bygone era.
PokerFraudAlert.com’s Scams Scandals and Shadiness forum
If you want to know who has recently wronged the poker world PFA’s SSS Forum (see what I did there with the acronyms) is the place to find it. Unlike the behemoth that is the 2+2 poker forum, at PFA the SSS forum is easy to read and navigate, and free from any nonsense posts that are little more than spam/trolling/idiocy.
Head on over to PokerFraudAlert.com’s Scams, Scandals, and Shadiness forum
Bluff Magazine’s YouTube Channel
Since Thomas Keeling (Srsly Sirius) took over as the major domo of the Bluff video team (with the title of Multimedia Producer) the Bluff YouTube channel has grown by leaps and bounds, and Keeling’s edited down interviews are a breath of fresh air as he peppers the poker world with pertinent questions, pulling very few punches.
Here is a taste of what Srsly Sirius brings to the table:
And here is the Bluff Magazine YouTube Channel
NolanDalla.com
The internet’s “Master of the Written Rant” just also happens to be the World Series of Poker media Director, Nolan Dalla. In addition to some terrific posts about the history of the game Nolan also likes to offer up a heaping helping of rage when it’s deserved, with targets ranging from random drivers to PF Chang’s to JetBlue.
Pro tip: The number of misspelled words in Nolan’s posts directly correlate to the number of curse words, which is a good indication of his level of anger.

Cardrunners.com The Rabbit Hunt
Every week Mark Gahagan and Chris Grove host a one hour podcast on Cardrunners called the Rabbit Hunt. The show is simply a rundown of the past week in poker, which seems like quite a lot of other podcasts out there, but where the Rabbit Hunt differs is both hosts are extremely well-informed and able to inject what I’ll call sophisticated humor (sophomoric humor also sneaks in on occasion) into the show.
The podcast is the rare combination of educational and entertaining.
