EPT Barcelona: Draft Mihails Morozovs

Coming off a very successful run at the WPT Merit Cyprus Classic, Mihails Morozovs looks to continue his hot play as he has set himself for success following Day 1A play at EPT Barcelona:

STRONG IN CYPRUS

It’s hard to find a better recent overall performance at a tournament series like the one that Morozovs (GPI#107) enjoyed during the World Poker Tour’s latest visit to Cyprus.

In all, five final tables including a win in the NLH 1K Re-Entry event and over 50K USD in prize money accumulated during the trip … unfortunately, Morozovs wasn’t able to carry his early success in Cyprus into a WPT Main Event bonanza – perhaps he was keeping some of the run-good for Barcelona?

SOLID GAINS ON DAY 1A

Morozovs has already qualified for Day 2 play at EPT Barcelona; he will enjoy an off day on Monday while watching another group of players hoping, like him, to advance in the prestigious tournament.

He ends Day 1A play with over 110K in chips, placing him 16th overall and in a perfect position to keep the momentum going on Tuesday.
