EPT Deauville: Take A Flyer On Bonnet

FPM logoNOTE: This article has been released prior to the start of Day 2 play at EPT Deauville. However, this player HAS MADE Day 2.

Do you have an extra spot on FPM roster? … or maybe have an extra 10K lying around? … ready to take a flyer on someone heading into Day 2 play at EPT Deauville?  We’ve got the perfect pick for you!

With less than 11 hours to go before your Deauville lineups are made official (lineups lock at Noon CET), officially kicking off the GPI FPM’s first tournament, we ask that you consider Yannick Bonnet (GPI: 491) before filling your lineup.

Bonnet’s experience on the big stage is limited; and we’re not telling you to sell the house on the man from Toulouse, but we do believe he could be an excellent selection if you’re looking to round-out your team with someone that could pick up some points for you.

The name Bonnet is probably familiar to you – he finished second to Imed Mahmoud during the kickoff event to WSOP Europe in Cannes last fall.  Bonnet was also the chip leader following Day 1C play at WPT Prague in December.  He would eventually bow out in 31st position.

Many teams will have an extra roster spot and an extra 10K left to make a move, Bonnet could be a great gamble – and you could look like a genius should he run deep!

Why should I add Bonnet to my team?
> A great final/late addition to your team
> Ran deep (2nd) in WSOP Europe kickoff event a few short months ago
> Low-risk, high-reward could make you look good
> Playing in his home country (despite being at opposite ends of France) could help him feel at home

Feel like taking a flyer on a lesser-known player?  Bonnet could be your man! Head on over to Facebook and signup to play the GPI Fantasy Poker Manager in time for EPT Deauville!
