Just a few days ago, Vanessa Selbst won her third World Series of Poker bracelet.
That is a phenomenal feat for any player. And as someone who hopes to inspire more women to get into the game of poker, it should be said that she is the only female player with WSOP titles in open events (meaning open to male and female players). She continues to pave the way for others.
Her most recent win at the WSOP was worth more than $871K, but it was only her third largest payout to date. Here are her top 10 cashes in live poker tournaments so far:
1. September 2010: 1st place at €8,500 Partouche Poker Tour Main Event (Cannes) – $1,823,430
2. January 2013: 1st place at $25K PCA High Roller (Bahamas) – $1,424,420
3. May 2014: 1st place at $25K WSOP Mixed Max (Las Vegas) – $871,148
4. January 2014: 3rd place at $100K PCA Super High Roller (Bahamas) – $760,640
5. April 2010: 1st place at $5K North American Poker Tour Main Event (Mohegan Sun) – $750,000
6. January 2014: 3rd place at $25K PCA High Roller (Bahamas) – $607,580
7. September 2013: 2nd place at $3,500 WPT Borgata Main Event (Atlantic City) – $492,569
8. April 2011: 1st place at $5K North American Poker Tour Main Event (Mohegan Sun) – $450,000
9. May 2013: 4th place at €25K EPT Grand Final High Roller (Monte Carlo) – $380,656
10. December 2011: 3rd place at $10K WPT Five Diamond Main Event (Las Vegas) – $338,351
