WPT LAPC: My Team for LA

FPM logoDay 3 at the L.A. Poker Classic has just begun – time to take a look at my team for one of the biggest stops on the live tournament circuit, the LAPC!

Let’s first take a quick look at some of the players that Marco and I have featured prior to the start of Day 2 play at WPT LAPC (chip counts at start of Day 3):

Chris Tryba Eliminated on Day 2 (read article)
Matt Giannetti Eliminated on Day 2 (read article)
Matt Salsberg Eliminated on Day 2 (read article)
Matt Waxman Eliminated on Day 1 (read article)
Matt Affleck 44,500 chips (read article)
Sam Razavi 58,700 chips (read article)
David Tuthill 159,600 chips (read article)
Sean Jazayeri Eliminated on Day 2 (read article)
Mohsin Charania 82,300 chips (read article)

And now a look at my own official team for the LAPC, which includes Razavi, Giannetti, Jazayeri:

TEAM DANIS (Player, Start of Day 3 Chips)
Sam Razavi: 58,700
Matt Giannetti: Eliminated on Day 2
Sean Jazayeri: Eliminated on Day 2
Todd Terry: 40,300
Joe Hachem: 73,200
David Peters: 63,300
Scott Seiver: 244,100
Maria Ho 112,300
Ryan Eriquezzo: 265,000
Victor Ramdin: 96,000
Matt Brady: 29,800

Things are certainly looking good for my team right now.  Both Eriquezzo and Seiver are running great and the addition of Maria Ho (in hopes to keep her on my team for Bay 101 at a reduced rate) is paying off at the moment.

I’m hoping that some of my lower stacks catch a break on Monday so that I can have a few more players in contention.  Although Victor Ramdin wasn’t originally on my list, I added him after we had a quick chat when he needed the USB port on my laptop to charge his phone – guess I had a gut feel or some positive vibes or something – keep it up, Victor!

Lineups for WPT LAPC are now locked but if you head on over to Facebook and signup to play the GPI Fantasy Poker Manager – you still have plenty of time to make your selections for the WPT Bay 101 Shooting Star which starts next week!  FPM is the Official Fantasy Game of the World Poker Tour!
