Doyle Brunson Five Diamonds WPC Day 4 Chip Count & Seat Draw

It is the end of day 3 here in Las Vegas and the Doyle Brunson Five Diamonds World Poker Classic proves to be once again one of the best tournament in town. Just by looking at the field and the names left in the last 60 players, you can tell that “la creme de la creme”  dropped by for one last tournament before Christmas. Some of them came for charity, and busted during day 1, giving their chips to those who needed them. The others chose to fight for a few bucks, and GPI points.

Antonio Esfandiari is Chipleader with close to 1M in chips. A few 100 thousands behind, is Freddy Deeb.Still in the race to reach the Final Table are Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Andrew Lichtenberger, Shawn Buchanan, David Rheem, Jason Somerville or Phil Galfond. Just by sorting the tables below to rank the players by GPI ranks, you will realize that a third of the field is part of the GPI 300!

The action starts again today at noon PT and when down to 54 players, everyone will be paid. The plan will be to then play down to the final 27 players.
