A Final Look at WPT Lucky Hearts

FPM logo

Former November Niner Matt Giannetti has won WPT Lucky Hearts, joining an elite group with two WPT titles (Giannetti won WPT Malta prior to his November Nine final table appearance back in 2011) in the second event on the GPI Fantasy Poker Manager schedule.

422 of you collected a minimum of 44 points in the event, including Calvin’s Team KGB which topped the charts with an impressive 381 points.  Calvin’s team selections included three of the six final table participants in Giannetti, Darryll Fish and Matt Salsberg.

After a letdown in Deauville, triple crown winner Jake Cody certainly had a bounce-back performance at WPT Lucky Hearts.  After collecting a few points in France, Cody’s team earned 320 points in Florida.  Cody’s team, like Calvin’s, included the big three at the final table.  He also had Justin Zaki on his squad.

French player Gabriel Nassif, American Daniel Buzgon and poker media’s PKRGSSP also had impressive performances at WPT Lucky Hearts, all three ended up collecting over 300 points.

THE PERFECT TEAM?

It would have cost you a total of 880,920 to field the perfect team in Florida with Joseph Serock carrying the highest market price at a little over 400,000.  Giannetti, Danny Shiff and Christopher Bolek would have been fine money-saving options that would have provided a great yield on your investment.

1st Matt Giannetti (GPI: 541) 10,500
3rd Darryll Fish (GPI: 188) 66,100
4th Danny Shiff (GPI: 595) 10,000
6th Matt Salsberg (GPI: 91) 179,380
14th Joseph Serock (GPI: 21) 402,700
18th Christopher Bolek (GPI: 589) 10,000
27th Scott Zakheim (GPI: 824) 10,000
29th Mike Beasley (GPI: 888) 10,000
30th Justin Zaki (GPI: 104) 172,240
34th Filipp Khavin (GPI: 890) 10,000
