GPI300: Stephen Chidwick returns to the Top 10
O’Dwyer still leads, Mercier lurking and a Brit returns to the Top 10 …
Make it two weeks in a row atop the GPI World Poker Rankings for Steve O’Dwyer (GPI#1, =). O’Dwyer, who became the 12th player to be ever reach GPI#1 last week, already has three scores so far in 2016.
Meanwhile, a former World #1 is trying to make his way back to the top. Top 10 mainstay Jason Mercier (GPI#2, +3) returns to #2 this week following a 20th place performance in the Main Event at the 2016 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure.
Stephen Chidwick (GPI#9, +6) makes a return to the GPI Top 10 for the first time in a month. The UK star earned a pair of scores at the PCA.
Dr. Andy Philachack, Alexander Lynskey, November Niner Joshua Beckley, Michael Rocco and Craig Varnell all make their debut in the GPI300 this week.
