Liv Boeree’s New Show, Esfandiari’s Latest Trick

Liv Looking to Blow Your Mind

Liv Boeree will be putting her poker skills to good use next month but not in the way you might expect. Having been at the top of the game for a number of years now Liv has certainly built up an ability to read people and influence their actions and that’s why she’s been selected to star in a new Discovery Channel show called The Mind Control Freaks.

According to a recent reports Liv will be working alongside a bevy of psychology experts, including the Real Hustle’s Alexis Conran, on a show which will fuse “science, psychology and tricky in an all-new format”.

Joining Liv and Alexis will be hypnotist Lewis Le Val and sleight of hand expert Pete Wardell and their mission will be to dupe a selection of participants using a number of mind control techniques.

The show will feature a number of stunts and tricks that explore topics ranging from hypnosis and peer pressure to obedience and conformity, Liv and the team will use all their skills and knowledge to create a series of thought-provoking scenarios.

The Mind Control Freaks will air on the Discovery Channel this April and will feature a total of ten 30-minute episodes.

Antonio’s Street Magic

We all know Antonio Esfandiari is a wizard at the poker table but in his recent web show we get to see that he’s also got a number of magic tricks up his sleeve.

Thanks to the Ultimate Poker pro’s penchant for magic, Antonio has recently been filming a series of short videos on the streets of Las Vegas for a show called: Strip Vegas.

Featuring passersby and some of Antonio’s best magic routines, the show has proved extremely popular and in his latest episode he pulls of a trick with a wedding ring that leaves the watching crowd speechless.
