WPT Baden: My Team/Final Table Preview

FPM logoWe have reached the final table at WPT Baden … and I have two runners playing on Sunday!

Let’s first take a look at the four players I had featured prior to the start of Day 2 play at WPT Baden:

Bodo Sbrzesny: Finished 11th (read article)
Andrey Shatilov: Eliminated on Day 3 (read article)
Alban Juen: Eliminated on Day 2 (read article)
Scott Montgomery: Eliminated on Day 1A (read article)

And now a look at my own official team for WPT Baden, which includes Sbrzesny, Juen and Shatilov:

Paul Berende FPMTEAM DANIS (Player, Final Table chip count)
Bodo Sbrzesny: Finished 11th, 67 FPM PTS
Andrey Shatilov: Eliminated on Day 3
Alban Juen: Eliminated on Day 2
Paul Berende: 1,305,000 chips  *pictured*
Ismael Bojang: Finished 19th, 55 FPM PTS
Steve O’Dwyer: Eliminated on Day 2
Kimmo Kurko: 1,090,000 chips
Vizsnyiczai Zsolt: Eliminated on Day 3
Daniele Scatragli: Finished 23rd, 51 FPM PTS
Paolo Compagno: Eliminated on Day 2
Julian Herold: Finished 22nd, 52 FPM PTS

I still have two players remaining in the final six – life could be worse.  Very satisfied with my Paul Berende (GPI: 96) pick – he seems to be delivering the goods when he runs deep lately, maybe he’ll finish Sunday a champion?!

Vladimir Bozinovic (GPI: 14168) holds the final table chip lead but everyone is talking Marvin Rettenmaier (GPI: 2), and rightly so.  Mad Marvin seeks his third WPT Championship tomorrow, he enters the day second in chips.

WPT BADEN FINAL TABLE CHIP COUNTS:
Vladimir Bozinovic 1,985,000
Marvin Rettenmaier 1,565,000
Paul Berende 1,305,000
Oswin Ziegelbecker 1,150,000
Kimmo Kurko 1,090,000
Grzegorz Wyraz 550,000

Best of luck to everyone on Sunday!
