WPT Bay 101 Day 1a Chipcounts and GPI Ranks

The WPT Bay 101 has always been an amazing evetn for all the fans around. Around 50 poker pros holding a bounty onto their head, with a reward of $2,500 for whoever kicks them out of the tournament! (full list available here).

Day 1a concluded with just over 100 players out of the 270 who took part into the event ($7,500 buy in). The chip leader is non other than Andrew Lichtenberger who’s holding a massive stack of 341,000 chips, in front of Stephen Boker and Yung Hwang.

GPI players are obviouly well represented with a bunch of them being bounties. Bryn Kenney is the highest GPI player still standing, just in front of our chip leader. Then comes Mohsin Charania, Chris Klodnicki, Shawn Buchanan and David Baker.
