Tuthill And His Team

Fresh off an important Vegas victory, David Tuthill and his boys are feeling good at LAPC.

the tuthill gangHe may not be in the GPI 300 (yet), but David Tuthill is a young and dedicated player, with results to prove it. Recently, Tuthill shipped the Main Event of a WSOP Circuit event at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for a $223,197 score, and as he puts its, he hasn’t stopped smiling since.

“I feel really amazing,” he told the GPI during a break at the Commerce Casino. “Nothing ever bothers me right now.”

Tuthill has a healthy stack as he begins Day 2 of the 2013 LAPC Main Event. His confidence, self-control and 10,000 starting price make him a valuable consideration for your Fantasy Poker Manager LAPC team. Tuthill admits to playing and enjoying the game himself, and he is managing his own team for the LAPC.

Who has he picked? An interesting mix of both familiar poker pros like Jason Koon and John Dolan, along with some of his own close friends: John Clancy, Stephen Bokor and Dmitrii Valouev (pictured). All four men still have stacks in the tournament.

And of course, Tuthill has himself on his own team. Asked if he would recommend himself as a pick to others, Tuthill responded: “You should pick me because I’m running really well, I’m playing really well, and I really wanna win another major title.”
