Borgata Releases Spring Open, WPT Championship Details
The Borgata in Atlantic City releases details on its Spring Open:
WPT WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP HEADS TO AC
The Borgata Spring Open returns this season with a little twist … the addition of the WPT World Championship.
After being held at the Bellagio in Las Vegas since the start of the World Poker Tour, the World Championship moves to Atlantic City this year. The Main Event buy-in has been reduced by 10K USD to $15,000 USD. Players in New Jersey will be able to qualify online for Championship, which will add some fresh new blood to its event for the first time in a long time.
The Borgata Spring Poker Open begins on Tuesday, April 8th with the $560 buy-in Deep Stack NLH event. The WPT World Championship, presented by partypoker, kicks off on Monday, April 21st with the WPT final table presented on Saturday, April 26, 2014.
