GPI300 UPDATE

Davidi Kitai GPI (Neil Stoddart)What a week for Triple Crown winner Davidi Kitai (GPI#3 CB, +1) who’s 10th place finish at EPT Prague sees him make a push in various GPI rankings this week.

Kitai not only moves to a career-best #3 in the GPI World Poker Rankings, he has pushed his way to #1 in the GPI European Player of the Year race and #2 in the GPI Global Player of the Year race.

It looks like Kitai lead in Europe will be short-lived as rival Ole Schemion (GPI#2, =) has final tabled the High Roller event at EPT Prague and will unofficially retake the European PoY lead from the Belgian superstar.

Meanwhile, a win in the 25K High Roller event at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas sees former National Spelling Bee winner Pratyush Buddiga (GPI#8 CB, +35) make the jump into the GPI World Top 10 for the very first in his poker career.
