PokerTracker4 Renews Ties with the EPT, Poker Pro Looking for Investment

PT4 Joins EPT11

The bond between live and online poker was strengthen last night after the European Poker Tour welcomed PokerTracker4 on board for its eleventh season.

The two brands forged a positive relationship back in season 10 and they will now enhance that bond during EPT11.

The partnership will not only be a way for PT4 to spread its reach across Europe, but for EPT players to access a range of exclusive insights and offers.

Indeed, following on from last season, representatives from PT4 will be at various EPT events and aside from demonstrations of the software’s capabilities, players will be able to sign-up for free trials and other prizes.

Commenting on partnership, PT4’s Steven McLoughlin said:

By partnering with the EPT and demonstrating the product to a wide variety of players, we hope to improve our customer’s experience and teach them how to correctly use the tools provided within PokerTracker 4.”

Echoing the positive vibes put out by McLoughlin, EPT President Edgar Stuchly said:

The game analysis software provided by PokerTracker is among the finest in the online poker industry. The EPT are very pleased to welcome them back as a sponsor for the next season.”

The eleventh season of the European Poker Tour will kick off in August and the first event will be a special 100th anniversary fiesta in Barcelona.

Poker Pro Turns Inventor

Professional footballer-turned-poker-pro Steve Watts has certainly enjoyed an impressive run on the European poker circuit in recent years, but now it seems he’s trying to crack the business market.

Despite recently winning the WPT National Main Event in Marbella, Watts is set to appear on Make Me a Millionaire Inventor this Sunday.

Airing at 15:00 BST on Sky Pick, the show is similar to Dragons’ Den and will be a chance for Watts to show of the Rotasol360 sun lounger.

The innovative product allows the user to spin 360 degrees and store a number of items, including drinks.

Speaking to CalvinAyre.com’s Lee Davy, Watts explained that on a recent trip to Tenerife he was unhappy with the cost of a lounger so he decided to create his own.

Whether or not Watts gets any investment remains to be seen, but if it doesn’t work out at least he can head back to the poker tables and try to win another event.
