Ryan Riess Wins WSOP Main Event
The 44th WSOP World Champion has been crowned as a young man from Michigan wins the Main Event…
RIESS THE BEAST
They chanted his name, they railed like no other and in the end, the Michigan gang cheering on their hero Ryan Riess (GPI#340) got what they wanted as their hero has won the 44th World Series of Poker Main Event. Riess defeats Las Vegas nightclub rep Jay Farber (GPI#842) heads-up to earn over 8.36M USD for his efforts!
Riess, who sees his career gains jump over the 8.6M USD mark, replaces Maryland’s Greg Merson (GPI#568) as the WSOP World Champion … no word yet on what event he plans on playing in next.
