Saul Wins WSOP-C, APAC Event 3 Sets Final Table

Kevin Saul Wins WSOP-C Foxwoods

The Main Event that started with 615 entries ended with only one on the evening of April 8. The World Series of Poker Circuit Foxwoods started its third day of play with 16 players and determined the final table before the dinner break with Kevin Saul in the chip lead.

Ultimately, Saul went on to win his first WSOP Circuit ring, along with more than $194K in cash. The final standings and payouts for the final table were as follows:

1st place: Kevin Saul ($194,178)

2nd place: Lall Bharat ($119,742)

3rd place: Cory Waaland ($87,842)

4th place: Paul Snead ($65,096)

5th place: Ben Reason ($49,007)

6th place: Bobby Corcione ($37,356)

7th place: Ethan Foulkes ($28,662)

8th place: Pete Campo ($22,654)

9th place: Stephen Dare ($18,031)

WSOP APAC Event 3 Sets Final Table

Event 3 of the World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific found its final table on April 9. The $2,200 Mixed event was an 8-game tournament that drew 81 players for a $162K prize pool.

The top nine were paid, and the money bubble burst on Day 2, allowing Dale Townsend to cash in ninth place, Billy Argyros in eighth, and Sam Khoueis in seventh for $7,200.

The final table was then set with Phil Ivey and Daniel Negreanu as its chip leaders. The lineup for the April 10 action was as follows:

Seat 1: Graeme Putt – 36,400

Seat 2: Daniel Negreanu – 129,000

Seat 3: Phil Ivey – 144,300

Seat 4: Rob Campbell – 42,600

Seat 5: Brandon Wong – 86,100

Seat 6: Kevin Song – 49,600
