WPT Season XII US Premiere Set for February 9 on FSN

US viewers will be treated to the World Premier of Season XII of the WPT:

WPT RETURNS ON FEBRUARY 9

Season XII on the World Poker Tour will make its television debut on Sunday, February 9, 2014 returning to their regular time slot at 8pm and 11pm local time on all Fox Sports Networks and its affiliate networks in certain markets (including MSG New York, Comcast Sports Network, and Root Sports).

The premier episode will be presented from the Bicycle Casino in Los Angeles – where Jordan Cristos (GPI#146) won his very first event on the World Poker Tour at the Legends of Poker. The broadcast will also feature Lynn Galmartin, who will be making her debut an the new anchor for all WPT broadcasts (including WPT Alpha8 events), replacing Kimberly Lansing, who left her position with the WPT in the fall.

ALPHA8 DEBUTS MARCH 16

Earlier this week, the World Poker Tour also announced that its WPT Alpha8 100K buy-in tour would premiere on Sunday, March 16, 2014 on FS1.

The premier event presented will feature  Steven Silverman (GPI#43) and  JC Tran (GPI#308) battling for supremacy at WPT Alpha8 Florida, from the Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood.
