WSOP Europe: Schwartz Wins Bracelet, Main Event Begins
The final preliminary event bracelet was awarded today in Enghien-les-Bains … now, bring on the Main Event!
SCHWARTZ ONE AWAY FROM TRIPLE CROWN
After coming oh so close earlier this week, Noah Schwartz (GPI#25) has finally captured his first WSOP bracelet. Schwartz, who won WPT Jacksonville last November, is now a EPT Main Event title away from joining poker’s Triple Crown Club.
Schwartz’ win would prevent France from earning a third bracelet at this WSOPE as Ludovic Lacay (GPI#672), who entered semi-final play with the chip lead, was unable to defeat Schwartz in the final after Lacay had disposed of Vitaly Lunkin in the previous round.
