WSOP APAC Event 2 Sets Final Table

While Event 1 of the World Series of Poker Asia-Pacific was finishing, Event 2 had already begun. The $1,650 Pot Limit Omaha tournament started on April 7 and brought a total of 172 players into action. That created a prize pool of $258K and payouts for the top 18 players.

Day 2 took the 32 survivors and thinned the field to the money bubble, which led to cashes by players like Joe Hachem in 17th and Jeff Lisandro in 14th. Tony Kambouroglou was the last player to exit that day, taking $5,028 for his tenth place finish.

The final table was set for Apil 9 with Jim Collopy holding a substantial chip lead. The entire seating arrangement and list of chip counts was as follows:

Seat 1: Dan Shak – 102,700
