Prague Poker Festival Kicks Off

Are you ready for 18 days of poker? Tours unite as the 3rd edition of the Prague Poker Festival kicks off today …

Prague Poker Festival Cards are in the air as the ECOAP Amateur Team Championship kicked-off the Prague Poker Festival earlier today. In total, 18 days of poker in beautiful Prague where events will be presented by The Grand Live, the 888 Championship, the World Sit ‘n’ Go Masters, amongst others. The grand finale comes later in the festival with the presentation of WPT Prague.

Last year, Marcin Wydrowski (GPI#154) became the first-ever Polish player to enter the WPT Champions Club as an impressive 587 players entered the 2012 event.

This year’s edition of the Prague Poker Festival will have an added bonus for participants. The Festival, which is operated by gaming event management and consultancy Living it Loving it Ltd., has GPI Logojoined forces with the Global Poker Index to introduce the Prague Poker Festival Player of the Series.

Players participating in all non-satellite and non-team events held at the Card Casino will be eligible for GPI Leaderboard Points. The Top 3 players will earn their share of the €10,000 added bonus for the festival.
