CPPT Adds Reno Stop, Flack to Host Poker Throw Down

CPPT Sets Reno Stop for March

The Card Player Poker Tour announced another stop on its current season. It will be at the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada.

There will be 20 tournaments running from March 21-30, culminating in the $1,100 NLHE Main Event with a $125K guarantee, beginning on March 28 and running for three days. There will also be guarantees on the $340 NLHE event ($50K) and the $550 NLHE ($40K).

Satellites begin running on March 20 for as little as $45.

Layne Flack to Host 2013 Poker Throw Down

The 2013 OnTilt Poker Throw Down is set to be held at the Golden Nugget in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 30.

Layne Flack will host the tournament, which boasts of five-player teams or single players. Individuals can buy in for $220 and teams for $1,200. Everyone receives a Poker Throw Down jersey and commemorative coin, tickets to the VIP and Awards party, and a gift bag.

The tournament will benefit the Southern Nevada Bully Breed Rescue and Las Vegas Boxer Rescue. There will also be a silent auction and other ways to contribute/donate.
