Frederik Brink Jensen

Frederik Brink Jensen is a Danish poker player who made his first live event cash in 2008. In a little over 3 years to October 2011, he cashed 16 times (including 5 times at the WSOP), made 5 final tables, and earned close to $1.5 million. During that time, he was also a successful online poker player.

In Las Vegas in 2008, Frederik collected his first live event paycheck of $641 when he finished 39th in the Deep Stack Extravaganza $300 NLHE. The next day, he cashed 13th for $6,670 in the Deep Stack Extravaganza $2,400 NLHE.

At the 2009 WSOP, Frederik cashed twice, with his best effort being his 44th place finish in the $1,500 NLHE to earn $11,488. His other cash that year was at the Malmo Open in Sweden, where he placed 4th in the SKr 3,000 NLHE 6-Max for SKr 21,600.

While playing online at PartyPoker in 2010, Frederik won a prize package in an Aussie Millions qualifier. Once at the Aussie Millions Poker Championship in Melbourne, the 27-year old was runner-up in the A$10,000 NLHE Main Event to earn $1,015,257. His next cash was at the EPT San Remo, and at the EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo, he finished 3rd for €102,900 in the €5,000 NLHE event. In Las Vegas that year, he cashed twice at the WSOP: 98th in the $1,500 NLHE for $4,359, and 368th in the Main Event for $36,463. For his last cash of the year, Frederik came in 6th the €5,000 NLHE EPT Vilamoura Main Event to earn €74,496.

During the first 9 months of 2011, Frederik had cashed 5 times. To start the year, he finished in 14th place twice: at the WPT Vienna in the €3,200 NLHE Main Event for €15,500, and at the WSOP in the $1,500 NLHE for $27,000. He went on to cash twice at the EPT Barcelona, with his biggest score being in the €5,000 NLHE 6-Max Turbo, where he made the final table and finished 5th for €22,050. The same month, at the Partouche Poker Tour Main Event in Cannes, Frederik came in 34th to earn €20,000 in the €8,500 NLHE Main Event.
